The Casio BP-1B (utilising the 2197 or 2196 module) is a rare, vintage digital sports watch featuring a built-in blood pressure and pulse monitor.

Originally released around 2000–2001 for the Japanese Domestic Market (JDM), it belongs to Casio's historical line-up of innovative health-tracking wristwatches

• Health Sensors: Includes built-in optical/electrical sensors on the watch face used to calculate a user's blood pressure and heart rate without an inflatable cuff. 
• Core Functions: Equipped with an Electro-luminescent (EL) backlight, daily alarm, 24-hour countdown timer, 1/100-second chronograph, and a perpetual calendar. 
• Design & Build: Features a distinctive round resin/plastic grey and silver case (approx. 47mm), mineral crystal display, and an original Casio resin strap with a buckle closure

This watch does not have the blood pressure machine with it for the senor to work correctly.
