The Casio F-23W (also known as the "Sporty Casual") is a vintage digital watch powered by Casio's Module 586, originally released in 1984.
Manufactured in Japan, it is highly regarded by collectors as an iconic example of mid-1980s digital watch design. 
A Japan-stamped Module 586 is a true vintage artifact from Casio's golden era of domestic digital watch manufacturing, making it highly collectible compared to its later re-issues.
