The Casio Pachinko Game (Model PG-100) is a highly collectible, standalone electronic LCD handheld game released by Casio in 1983.

It replicates the traditional mechanics of Japanese Pachinko (a hybrid of pinball and slot machines) in a pocket-sized format

• Objective: Players start with a pool of digital balls and attempt to launch them into high-scoring scoring slots to trigger jackpots and win more balls. 
• The "Lever" Button: Instead of a physical mechanical dial used on full-sized arcade machines, gameplay relies on a single "Lever" button. The duration you hold down the button determines the launch velocity of each ball as it shoots to the top of the screen. 
• Layout: It is built using a horizontal, compact orientation (roughly 72mm x 110mm) and utilizes basic chiptune sound effects. 

• Display: Monochrome LCD screen displaying custom static segments for the cascading balls and score tracking.
• Power Source: Runs on standard miniature coin/watch batteries.
• The Casio Pachinko Trilogy: The PG-100 is part of a small family of 1983–1984 Casio Pachinko devices. It was released alongside the PG-200 (which integrated a functional math calculator layout) and the later PG-500 (Pachinko 2)
